Contact Us

Ranzr is a small, independent site of free random tools. If you have a question, a problem or an idea, we would like to hear from you.

How to reach us

Send an email to thefreecollection@gmail.com. This is the only contact channel we use.

Response time

We are a small team, so replies are not instant. We aim to answer within about five business days. Messages that include clear details are easier to handle and usually get a faster answer.

What you can write to us about

• Bug report: a tool that does not work as expected, such as the Coin Flip, Spin the Wheel, Dice Roller or Password Generator. Tell us which tool it is, what you did and what happened.
• Suggestion: a new tool or an improvement to an existing one.
• Correction: a mistake in a text, a label or an explanation on the site.
• Privacy question: anything about how the site handles data.

Helpful details to include

1. The address of the page concerned.
2. Your browser and device (for example, Firefox on Android).
3. A short description of the problem or idea.

Please do not send passwords or other sensitive information by email. We will only use your address to reply to your message.
